The location is great...right off freeway and centrally located to family. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Bathtub drain is slow and needs a dose (or 2) of Draino.

The room was fabulous and quiet, with an exceptional view of the poolside. The hotel had a great location close to everything I was in town for. Additionally, it was near many restaurants and Phoenix.

The employees were friendly and the common areas were nice.
The room was terrible. The only thing that worked well in the bathroom was the toilet. There were dead bugs on the floor and the air conditioner was very noisy.

Everything was great, had a great stay for 2 out of 5 nights of my stay. The breakfast was free, the room was fabulous and inviting with the same disturbing view. Location: the hotel was close to Gateway-Mesa airport as well as a proper restaurant for breakfast.
